The D-n-D Ranch Aromas return policy is simple. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, return the unused product(s) purchased for full refund, replacement or exchange. You pay the shipping to get it back to us and if we are replacing or exchanging a product, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the item(s) back to you. If we are returning funds to you, please allow up to thirty (30) days to receive your refund.

If you are unhappy with one of our fragrances for any reason, you may exchange it one (1) time for a different fragrance in the same size container that you purchased. Terms are the same: you pay to ship it back to us & we'll cover shipping the new product back to you.

If you burned your candle & are unsatisfied with the fragrance for any reason, we will take the "used" exchange if the candle has been burned less than 3/4. This means you have 1/4 burn time to decide whether you are satisfied with your purchase.
