Maverick's Magical Mountain - The Circle G Ranch Fundraising Tins
D-n-D Ranch Aromas has a special bond with animals of all kinds.
A giant brood, many of them rescues, live at the D-n-D Ranch.
Chief Candle Creator Michelle Duncan has a special relationship
with her own animals and supports the work being done at The Circle G Ranch Horse & Animal Rescue & Sanctuary, which provides a safe and loving sanctuary for abused, abandoned, unwanted and neglected horses & animals, many of them saved from slaughter or euthanasia.
Because of a special horse named Maverick, we created the 13 special 16 oz silver keepsake tins below, with a portion of proceeds benefitting The Circle G Ranch residents. Seven-year-old mustang Maverick should have lived well beyond his 7 years, but his original owner used him as a pack horse and overpacked him regularly, permanently damaging his legs. Maverick died in 2009 from severe complications from the arthritis in his front legs, but even though he could barely walk, he had the heart of a lion and sweet disposition.

The sanctuary sits on 100 acres in Yoder, Colorado, where rescued horses, cattle, goats, llamas, pot belly pigs, dogs, cats and chickens live out their days.
